Share your ideas in preparation for Games time
While on shift as a London Ambassador, you will be called upon to assist members of the public in a wide range of ways, from giving directions to the nearest station to assisting a lost child (and many other issues between and beyond!) We've already prepared plans so that you know how to respond to a wide range of situations, including:
- Who do I contact if I am running late or unable to attend my shift?
- How do I help someone who has had their wallet stolen?
- What do I do if a public protest begins while I am on shift?
Building upon your module one training , we are asking you to give suggestions of other situations you may be faced with at Games time. Please let us know your suggestions and we'll evaluate to see if we need to include them in your Volunteer Manual. You don't need to provide the solutions - that's for us to think through and to inform you (through your training programme and Volunteer Manual).
Thank you in advance for your input and ideas!
